VGER is a sovereign AI communication and memory system for local-first identity, bounded personas, books, relationships, and governed agent runtime.

Languages: German, English, French. The page uses the same visible language-switching pattern as heiner.one: the document language changes between de, en, and fr, and localized spans are shown or hidden by CSS.
